Job summary

Cartier in Dubai is seeking a Store Design & Planning professional to lead specialist POS projects across the MEIAT region, from feasibility through handover. You will also oversee maintenance standards across Cartier boutiques to preserve a consistent luxury brand environment.

The role requires coordinating with Central SDP, landlords, architects and local teams, ensuring alignment with Cartier standards while managing budgets, timelines and vendors across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience in store planning, project management or facilities/maintenance management, ideally within luxury retail or high-end hospitality.
• Experience managing projects from design through construction and handover, with exposure to multi-site maintenance.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishes, MEP systems and retail construction and maintenance methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Project is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage specialist POS openings, relocations and renovations from feasibility through construction and handover.
• Assess project costs, timelines and site requirements, providing recommendations at feasibility stage.
• Coordinate with Central SDP, landlords, architects and local teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with Cartier standards.
• Review layouts, technical drawings and construction documentation throughout all project phases.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, tenders and contractors, ensuring delivery within agreed quality, cost and timing.
• Coordinate permits, procurement and installation with external partners and internal teams including Retail, IT, Security, Logistics, Marketing and Procurement.
