Job summary

Montblanc in Dubai is seeking a Boutique Maintenance Support to respond to daily maintenance requests across markets, diagnose issues, and coordinate rapid resolutions with local contractors and HQ-approved suppliers. You will also maintain maintenance logs and manage supplier relationships to stay within the OPEX budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years in project administration, procurement, facilities management, or retail operations
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic or French a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities across time zones
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and email; comfort learning new software

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily maintenance requests from boutique teams across markets; diagnose issues and coordinate rapid resolution with local contractors and HQ approved suppliers.
• Maintain boutique maintenance logs and track resolution timelines.
• Negotiate the price with various suppliers to remain within the OPEX budget.
• Update and maintain internal project tracker with all boutique project milestones, status, and design updates; ensure accuracy and timeliness of records.
• Organize project files, specifications, and compliance documentation across the market network; maintain version control and stakeholder records
