Job summary

Montblanc in Dubai is seeking a candidate to assist the department with daily Marketing & Communications tasks and perform day-to-day administration. The role focuses on analyzing applications for modification and shaping infrastructure solutions to support global initiatives.

Additionally, you will help maintain relationships with internal clients, develop architecture blueprints, and stay current with industry best practices through ongoing education and coaching.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education level required.
• No prior general or managerial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the enhancement and development of applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
• Design and select storage solutions, data centers, networks, and client/server environments.
• Establish and maintain relationships within internal client organizations and manage partnerships.
• Create architecture blueprints for related systems in line with goals and standards.
• Stay updated on technology, regulations, and best practices through ongoing education.
• Produce precise reports by gathering data from standard sources into formats.
• Respond to routine functional inquiries following established procedures.
• Contribute to project delivery by executing activities within defined time and quality parameters.
• Understand policies and seek supervisor authorization for deviations.
• Implement improvements using change management systems and protocols.
