Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in similar role.
• Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training and work experience.
• Full understanding of showroom merchandising.
• Dynamic and proactive personality.
• Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English).
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute showroom sales strategies to achieve budgeted targets for showroom volume and profit.
• Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor sales process from initial customer contact to final sale and ensure quality of sales documentation.
• Deal with critical problems or major customer complaints and resolve promptly.
• Prepare stock requirement list for the month for approval by the Sales Manager.
• Interact with customers to establish profitable relationships and determine future requirements.
• Maximize usage of demos and monitor demo-to-sale ratio.
• Manage showroom display, housekeeping and product information to convey the brand image.
• Oversee PDI process and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and development.
