Responsibilities include upselling, maintaining store presentation, and collaborating with delivery, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer engagements and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Retail, preferably luxury/furniture or premium fashion.
• Excellent English-speaking skills – mandatory.
• Presentability for dealing with HNI customers.
• Detail oriented and customer focus is mandatory.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to handle complex store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Identify solutions for upselling and cross selling to maximize sales and showroom profitability.
• Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with high-value and repeat customers.
• Engage customers through consultative selling and understand lifestyle and purchase intent.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage.
