Marina Home Interiors is seeking a Sales Executive to deliver a world-class luxury retail experience and drive showroom sales. You will understand client needs, showcase product expertise, and nurture long-term relationships while upholding brand prestige and aesthetics.

Role includes visual merchandising support, flawless store presentation, and collaboration with delivery, marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Presentability required for dealing with high-net-worth customers.
• Attention to detail and strong customer focus are mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize showroom profitability.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with high-value customers.
• Engage customers via consultative selling, understanding lifestyle and purchase intent.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and storytelling aligned with brand heritage.
• Improve conversion by engaging walk-in and appointment customers.
• Follow up with customers for repeat business and after-sales support.
• Handle POS transactions, billing, and payments accurately.
• Manage returns, exchanges and service requests per luxury standards.
• Coordinate with delivery, marketing and operations for seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain stock and replenish shelves; assist with stock counts.
