Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 1 year of retail or showroom sales experience (UAE preferred).
• Fluent spoken Arabic and English is required; strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus and helpful for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the showroom professionally and understand their needs.
• Present products, explain features and benefits, and help customers choose.
• Close sales, issue invoices, and arrange delivery when needed.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Keep the showroom tidy and well merchandised.
• Monitor product availability on the floor and coordinate restocking with the warehouse.
• Record customer details and follow up to encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns according to company policy.
