Job summary

Emirates National Investment Co. in Dubai seeks a Sales Ambassador to create a premium showroom experience for a luxury furniture brand and to drive sales with discerning clients.

You will partner with the design team, build lasting relationships, and ensure flawless service from enquiry to delivery. Fluency in English and Arabic, 3–5 years in luxury retail, and MS Office knowledge are required. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail, premium furniture, home interiors, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Flexibility to work in a retail environment, including weekends and shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey, ensuring a personalised and memorable showroom experience.
• Achieve individual sales targets while building strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable furniture and home furnishing solutions.
• Promote the brand's interior design services and coordinate appointments and in-home consultations with the design team.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
• Develop strong product knowledge, including the brand's collections, craftsmanship, and design offerings.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Support showroom visual merchandising standards, seasonal launches, and overall showroom presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures relating to sales transactions, order processing, and stock management.
