Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar training role within luxury retail or client-centric environments, with strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills, and comfort with digital and in-store formats.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in training within luxury, retail, hospitality or client-centric environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy MEAI sales training across the regional retail network.
• Deliver engaging learning initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and selling skills.
• Provide training support for boutique openings, renovations and revamps.
