• Minimum of 15+ years of management experience in a multinational organisation, including commercial & retail field.
• Fluent in English; multilingual with strong communication skills preferred.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven, commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement regional retail excellence strategy for MEIAT in alignment with Cartier brand standards.
• Lead and develop a regional team including Client Engagement & CRC Manager, Retail Excellence Manager, and Retail Experience Manager.
• Oversee creation and adherence to operational manuals, processes, and playbooks for boutiques and POS.
• Drive CX enhancements, clienteling, post-sale engagement, and customer feedback action planning.
• Set and monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, IT, HR and Finance to execute retail initiatives.
