Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Learning & Development Executive in Dubai to design, deliver, and administer training across brands and stores.

You will lead the full learning cycle from training needs analysis and content creation to facilitation, LMS administration, analytics, and on-floor engagement, incorporating AI-enabled learning approaches.

This role offers visibility across brands in a luxury retail environment and a structured path to develop broad L&D expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of L&D experience in frontline or multi-brand retail.
• Hands-on LMS administration, needs assessment, content development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and administer programmes across brands, stores, and malls.
• Conduct needs analysis and translate findings into learning calendars.
• Create training decks, facilitator guides, and microlearning content.
• Manage LMS end-to-end, including user management and tracking.
• Provide monthly dashboards on participation and progress.
• Support AI-enabled learning content and content authoring tools.
