Wynn Al Marjan Island invites applications for a General Assistant to join the Wynn Oasi team on site in the UAE. The role focuses on assisting maintenance, repair and cleaning tasks across residential and hospitality functions within a premium resort project.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a similar role in hospitality, be physically fit and able to work under supervision, and demonstrate reliability and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance tools and procedures.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role within hospitality preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with basic repair tasks (tile replacement, door adjustments, fixtures).
• Support electrical teams by replacing lights, sockets, and switches under supervision.
• Help HVAC with cleaning filters and basic servicing tasks.
• Perform painting, patching and minor carpentry as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance zones, pump rooms and service yards.
