Van Cleef & Arpels UAE seeks a dynamic Retail Director to lead a network of luxury boutiques. You will drive sustainable sales growth, cultivate exceptional client experiences, and coach Boutique Managers to build high-performing teams across the network.

Reporting to the Retail Director UAE, you will ensure operational excellence, maintain Maison standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Richemont Group to deliver premium client service.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury retail.
• Experience leading multiple boutiques or locations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of boutiques and drive commercial performance.
• Coach, develop and inspire Boutique Managers to high performance.
• Define and implement strategic plans to optimize sales and operations.
• Champion exceptional client experiences and strengthen VIP client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Maison standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Analyze KPI and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial initiatives.
