Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong pre-opening and concept development experience
• Excellent knowledge of contemporary culinary trends and international cuisine
• Experience leading multiple culinary teams and high-volume operations
• Strong commercial understanding of food cost, menu engineering and profitability
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and inspire a high‑performing culinary brigade
• A creative mindset with an uncompromising focus on quality, consistency and guest experience
• Experience with premium, lifestyle or destination‑driven F&B concepts

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative menu options that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences
