Job summary

TDIC Food & Beverage in Abu Dhabi operates luxury venues and manages high-end F&B experiences across the city. The supervisor role involves overseeing the restaurant & lounge, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service in line with premium F&B standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in fine-dining, fluency in English with knowledge of Russian or Serbian, and strong leadership and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor.
• Exposure to 5* fine-dining standards.
• Proficiency in English.
• Fluency in Russian or Serbian.
• Ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Hotel School Diploma or Catering School Diploma.

Responsibilities
