Rosewood Abu Dhabi seeks a capable Captain to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring attentive, personalized guest service will be delivered to the highest standards. You will guide and develop service staff, maintain service flow, and uphold Rosewood quality across all outlets.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for luxury hospitality, and fluency in English to communicate with guests and the team in a fast-paced environment.
