Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress to deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, upholding Rosewood's luxury service standards. You will ensure orders are accurate, maintain impeccable presentation, and anticipate guest needs with warmth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service within a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Passion for delivering personalized, memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation and service quality.
• Organized, dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Prepare and set up trays and trolleys according to Rosewood service standards.
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented impeccably before delivery.
• Maintain mise en place and operational readiness of the In Room Dining area.
• Collect used trays, trolleys, and equipment and manage inventory properly.
• Communicate guest feedback and service opportunities to supervisors.
