Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Telecommunications Agent (Telephone Operator) to join our luxury resort's Front Office team. You will answer all guest calls, provide accurate information, route requests to the appropriate departments, and maintain high standards of courteous telephone service.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar 5-star property, fluent English, and a professional attitude. Russian language is an asset in serving our international guests.

Qualificações

• Answer all incoming and internal calls promptly, professionally.
• Maintain courteous telephone etiquette and service standards.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within 5-star luxury property.
• Fluent in English; Russian is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming and internal calls promptly, professionally, and in accordance with luxury service standards
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, services, events, dining options, and operating hours
• Handle guest requests efficiently and route them to the appropriate department (Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Engineering, etc.)
• Take and relay wake-up calls accurately and on time
• Operate the hotel PBX/telephone system and ensure correct call routing
• Maintain guest confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Log guest requests and follow-ups in the system to ensure timely resolution
• Support other departments during peak hours or special events as needed
• Maintain a courteous, calm, and polished telephone manner
