You will oversee bar operations, manage stock levels, and train staff while ensuring excellent service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel or Hospitality. Qualifications

• 3/5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
• WSET level 3 is a plus.
• Additional languages required: Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Russian.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent bar operations and responsible alcohol service.
• Manage stock levels and meet beverage revenue targets.
• Train F&B staff on products and sales techniques.
• Build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Support menu updates and manage beverage costing.
