Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in bar operations at luxury venues.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, wines and spirits.
• Proven ability to lead and train bartending teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify guests’ needs, provide bar service, and upsell where appropriate.
• Mix cocktails and beverages per recipes; curate themed drinks.
• Recommend wine and food pairings as required by guests.
• Work with fellow bartenders to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Ensure transactions are processed, registered and settled.
• Setup the bar visuals and merchandise to attract guests.
