Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead strategic and operational management of luxury residential communities in Dubai. You will drive resident experience, facilities coordination, budget adherence, and service quality across multiple assets, ensuring premium standards and consistent value delivery for discerning residents.

The role demands extensive UAE experience in luxury properties, strong leadership, and a focus on hospitality-led service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.
Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Dubai/UAE, managing premium residential communities or luxury villas.
Proven experience with high-net-worth residents and personalized service delivery.
Strong commercial understanding of budgets, contracts, and service-provider management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a community management strategy aligned with landlord objectives and resident experience.
Act as senior point of contact and representative of the landlord within the residential community.
Oversee facilities management, landscaping, security, and performance against KPIs.
