Job summary

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is seeking a Residences Concierge Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Residences, ensuring exceptional guest and resident experiences aligned with Six Senses standards.

The role involves coordinating with multiple hotel departments, maintaining resident records, and upholding safety protocols while driving service excellence and proactive feedback collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management; at least three years in luxury hospitality operations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PMS platforms, and residential portals; excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the Residences to deliver exceptional products and services within brand standards.
• Enforce policies, procedures and best practices.
• Support Chef Concierge and rejuvenate the residential experience; manage common area amenities and services.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience Maker, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa/Six Senses Place and external providers to anticipate and meet residents’ needs.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of facilities, amenities, and services; oversee resident history/profile system with the Chef Concierge.
• Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures according to brand and statutory requirements.
• Interact professionally with residents; manage pre-move-in to move-out experiences and gather feedback.
• Handle complaints with service recovery and document appropriately; liaise with departments.
