Six Senses The Palm in Dubai seeks a Residences Concierge Supervisor to lead the luxury residential experience and coordinate cross‑department services for residents and guests.

You will oversee the Residences operations, enforce brand standards, and partner with multiple teams to enhance wellness and sustainability initiatives while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Job Description:

As Residences Concierge Supervisor, I will fully embrace the Six Senses vision and values and I will deliver an exceptional experience for hotel guests and colleagues.

My duties and responsibilities will include:

• In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Residences to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
• I will ensure that all set policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.
• I will support the Chef Concierge and focus on the rejuvenation of the residential experience. Common area amenities, services, and products will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• I will work in partnership with Guest Experience Maker, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa/Six Senses Place, and other outsourced approved third-party shared service providers to ensure residents’ needs are anticipated and met for the overall smooth operation of residents’ living experience. Leading in the planning and execution of services and lifestyle activities involving residents and the hotel when applicable.
• I will have a thorough knowledge of all facilities, amenities, and services offered by the hotel and residences as well as their location and layout. I will oversee the management of the residents’ history and profile system in conjunction with the Chef Concierge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures will be maintained by myself and all hosts in line with brand and statutory requirements.
• An important part of the role is to interact with the residents and hosts in a professional, courteous, and positive manner and proactively seek feedback. I am responsible for exceptional residents’ experiences from pre-move-in, move-in, and move-out.
• In the event of complaints, I will effectively conduct service recovery or charge our hosts to do so to the satisfaction of the residents enter them into an appropriate system or similar approved software and notify the appropriate departments.
• I will also be responsible for supporting the Chef Concierge in fostering and maintaining good relationships with the residents and their representatives by providing services and amenities aligned with the Six Senses Brand and quality standards.
• Documenting all residents’ requests, complaints, or problems immediately, implementing them into the approved Residential portal, and notifying the designated department while serving as a liaison between residents and various departments and builders/developers.
• Supervise the Residence’s daily operations and have oversight of the Residence Concierge.
• Support the concierge desk needed during peak times or higher-than-expected levels of business, as directed by the Chef Concierge.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of the Chef Concierge.
• Communicates with the Chef Concierge regularly regarding issues and information relating to residents.
• Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation will be adopted and followed so that our performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management, along with at least three years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality operational role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience in event coordination and communication drafting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the English language.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Outlook, digital communication platforms, and various hotel systems including PMS platforms and Residential Portals.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
