Job summary

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is seeking a Residences Concierge Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the Residences, delivering exemplary products and services within brand standards. You will coordinate with Guest Experience Maker, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa, and external partners to anticipate residents’ needs and elevate the living experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business, at least three years in luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management required.
• At least three years in a similar luxury hospitality operational role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proven event coordination and written communication abilities.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation of Residences to deliver exceptional products and services.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Support Chef Concierge and enhance residential experience.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience Maker, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa/Six Senses Place, and partners.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities and services; manage residents’ history and profiles.
• Ensure safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed.
• Interact with residents professionally; handle feedback and service recovery.
