Job summary

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is seeking a Residences Concierge Supervisor to lead the daily operation of Residences and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with Six Senses standards.

You will oversee implementation of policies, collaborate with multiple departments, and continuously assess services to stay relevant to residents’ needs while promoting wellness and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management and at least three years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality operational role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience in event coordination and communication drafting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the English language.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Outlook, digital communication platforms, and hotel systems including PMS platforms and Residential Portals.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the Residences to deliver exceptional products and services within brand standards.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support the Chef Concierge and enhance the residential experience.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience Maker, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa, and external providers to anticipate and meet residents’ needs.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities and services and manage residents’ history and profile systems.
