Job summary

Join Raffles Dubai as a Reservations Agent, delivering personalized and efficient reservation services to guests, partners and business sources. You will ensure accuracy, upsell opportunities and a seamless booking experience reflecting Raffles Dubai’s luxury standards.

Reporting to Reservations & Revenue Manager, you will manage inquiries, update the PMS, and coordinate pre-arrival requests with hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Opera PMS, Resaweb and distribution channels is a plus.
• UAE or GCC hospitality experience preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation requests via email, phone and online channels with professionalism.
• Create, modify and cancel reservations accurately per hotel procedures.
• Maintain accurate guest information, rates, room types and special requests in the PMS.
• Upsell rooms, packages and hotel experiences to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to support ALL Loyalty enrollees and guest engagement.
