Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to oversee front-of-house operations across our luxury dining concepts, SushiSamba and Signor Sassi. You will lead the reception, hostess and reservations teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences for an international clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in luxury restaurants or lifestyle dining concepts.
• Experience with high-volume operations and multicultural teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (Italian, Russian, French, Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Lead reception, hostess and reservations teams to deliver guest experiences.
• Manage daily reservations, table allocation, waitlists and seating strategy.
• Build relationships with VIP guests, regular clients and hotel partners.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to optimize peak service flow.
• Coach and develop reception team to achieve excellence.
• Monitor reservation trends and prepare reports on guest satisfaction and business performance.
• Ensure greeting quality meets highest standards and manage front-of-house presentation.
• Manage front-of-house team schedules.
