Binghatti in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager for its luxury real estate sales team. You will nurture channel partners and high-net-worth clients, drive end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing, and help achieve ambitious revenue targets in a competitive market.

The role requires 2-5 years in luxury real estate sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong CRM skills; international clientele experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of real estate sales experience (luxury segment preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience handling international clients is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales processes—from prospecting to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and HNI clients
• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic and consultative selling
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and pricing recommendations
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize lead conversion
• Mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance
• Represent Binghatti at roadshows, expos, and high-profile client events
