Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven sales experience in premium real estate or investment services
• Strong lead generation and cold calling ability
• Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals with discretion
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are strong advantages
• Presentable, confident, and well-networked in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & business development through networking, referrals, and events
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to source potential clients
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with ongoing outreach and follow-up
• Present citizenship-by-investment and luxury real estate opportunities persuasively
• Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable program or property
• Conduct detailed consultations, prepare proposals, and close deals confidently
• Build long-term relationships and provide after-sales support to encourage referrals
• Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure seamless client delivery
• Accurately report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
