Job summary

AHS, a distinguished luxury real estate developer, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expert team in the UAE. The role focuses on commercial and contractual oversight for high-end residential projects, ensuring value for money and tight cost control throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead cost estimation, budgeting, contract negotiations, tendering, and reporting, while managing risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards. MRICS is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field is required.
• MRICS or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in luxury residential or high-end real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes and cost control methodologies.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, claims management and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Cost management and control: prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for luxury residential projects.
