Job summary

A1 Properties in Dubai invites an experienced Secondary Property Consultant to join our growth-focused team. The role centers on resale and leasing across Business Bay and premium villa communities, with a 100% commission-based pay structure and access to curated leads.

You'll manage client interests, perform valuations, and guide negotiations from viewing to closing, while leveraging our CRM, market insights, and RERA guidance to maximize client investment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai's residential real estate market, with a focus on secondary market transactions and exposure to Business Bay or villa communities.
• RERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in sourcing, listing, and selling/leasing properties in Business Bay and villa communities such as Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1–3, and The Valley.
• Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company’s CRM system.
• Understand client preferences and provide tailored property recommendations across apartments and villas.
• Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle from consultation to negotiations and closures.
• Provide expert guidance on investment potential, pricing trends, ROI, rental yields, and resale value.
• Conduct property valuations, viewings, and investment consultations.
• Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, contracts, and documentation in the CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
• Stay current on market trends and off-market opportunities within Business Bay and key villa communities.
• Represent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, property tours, and industry functions.
