Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in Public Areas would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Experience in integrated gaming resort is a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate casino public areas and greet guests.
• Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly.
• Report maintenance issues to Supervisor and assist as needed.
• Relocate and rearrange furniture as directed by management.
• Follow health and safety standards and company policies.
