Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a luxury hotel or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival with a warm, seamless introduction to the hotel.
• Act as primary contact for regular and VIP guests and inform team members of preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date guest profiles with privacy in mind.
• Coordinate room decorations and event themes per guest preferences.
• Oversee room decoration setup to meet guest expectations and safety standards.
• Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally; seek feedback.
• Assist VIP/Diamond guests with guidance and recommendations.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional service in Reception Lobby and Executive Lounge.
• Upsell hotel services and events; collaborate across departments.
• Follow safety, security, and health standards; operate PMS and front-of-house tools.
• Assist with additional tasks to meet guest and hotel needs.
