Responsibilities

• Greet guests according to luxury service standards and escort them to their seating area.
• Manage seating arrangements to ensure smooth guest flow within the lobby lounge environment.
• Maintain an immaculate hostess desk and ensure the logbook is updated after each service period.
• Coordinate daily bookings in line with seating plan and lounge operations.
• Respond to bookings and enquiries professionally using standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of lounge menus, beverages, and signature experiences to guest queries.
