Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven track record as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Outstanding pre-opening experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Impeccable communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with Forbes or LQA-rated properties is advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and techniques.
• HACCP and food safety knowledge.
