Job summary

Four Seasons Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island is seeking a Pastry & Bakery Commis II to assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations and uphold luxury quality. You will support pastry production, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper handling of ingredients in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a luxury brand, a proactive mindset, and fluent English with strong communication. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and vibrant team culture in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pastry/bakery experience in a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality with can-do attitude.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to standard procedures.
• Support pastry team in daily kitchen operations.
• Keep workstations and utensils clean and organized.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Receive and store deliveries properly.
• Demonstrate teamwork and positive attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff.
