Job summary

Minor International in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven Front Office/Guest Services professional for a part-time role. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa to ensure a flawless experience.

The ideal candidate holds a college diploma in hotel management, is fluent in English, and has prior luxury-hotel front office experience. Strong communication, guest empathy, and familiarity with front office systems such as Opera

Qualifications

• College diploma in hotel management or related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.
• Luxury hotel experience is must.
• Good Communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; multilingualism is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, help and assistance to guests.
• Build rapport with in-house guests and understand preferences.
• Maintain privacy and security of guests.
• Ensure smooth arrival/departure procedures for guests.
• Upsell rooms and other hotel services.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa teams.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Report maintenance faults and assist in safety procedures.
