Job summary

Minor International in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Office Attendant to assist with guest check-ins, pre-registration, and room allocation according to guest requests. The role requires coordinating with engineering and CID teams and handling reservations and changes efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a college diploma in hotel management, luxury hotel experience, and strong English communication skills, with experience in Front Office Systems. This is a part-time on-site position in the UAE.

Qualifications

• College diploma in hotel management or related field.
• Luxury hotel experience is must.
• Good Communication skills.
• Experience with Front Office Systems.
• Good English skills both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assign room according to guest request and preferences.
• Pre-register designated guests.
• Organize and coordinate check-in / pre-registration procedure for arriving groups.
• Review/ track/ accommodate requests for room / check-out changes when possible.
• Coordinate room moves and communicate it to amenity coordinator and CID team.
• Follow up queue rooms and ensure procedure of placing rooms on queue are adhered by the team.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
