Qualifications

• Luggage coordination and Bell Services oversight experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily guest luggage activities across Front Services.
• Assign luggage collection, delivery, storage, and dispatch tasks to Bellmen based on priorities.
• Monitor active assignments and follow up to ensure timely completion.
