Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking.
• Experience in front desk or luggage operations preferred.
• Ability to coordinate tasks among bellmen and front line staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities associated with guest luggage and Front Services assignments.
• Optimize luggage delivery and dispatch times to support efficient guest service.
• Allocate tasks fairly and consistently among Bellmen.
• Monitor operational activity in a fast-paced environment.
• Record relevant daily operational details accurately.
• Report daily information to the Assistant Manager, Front Services.
• Coordinate multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide five-star service when interacting directly with guests.
• Ensure Front Services tasks are completed efficiently and with urgency.
• Represent Atlantis Dubai professionally in every interaction.
