Job summary

Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Manager of Leisure Sales (MENA) to develop and penetrate key MENA markets. You will manage existing accounts, grow new business across Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, and coordinate with DMCs, wholesalers, travel agencies, and retail partners throughout the Middle East.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in leisure sales at luxury properties, a proven ability to build relationships, and readiness for frequent travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leisure sales, preferably in a luxury 5* property.
• Proven track record in developing new business in leisure markets (MENA).
• Strong ability to build trust and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute market initiatives and trade shows.
• Represent Atlantis Dubai at international events.
• Manage and grow key accounts and market partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Develop strategies to generate business during low-demand periods.
• Travel to key MENA markets to support business development.
