Job summary

Kerzner International Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Sales for the Russia/CIS markets to drive room nights, revenue and market share for Atlantis Dubai. The role focuses on managing relationships with key partners and supporting sales initiatives across Russia and CIS.

You will work with internal commercial teams to strengthen Atlantis Dubai's market position, leveraging a 2–3 year experience track in luxury hospitality and fluency in Russian and English to deliver superior partner

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• Fluency in Russian and English is essential
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Russia/CIS tour operators, travel agencies and DMCs across Atlantis Dubai.
• Support Russia/CIS sales strategy to grow room nights, revenue and market share.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations and Marketing to execute opportunities.
• Prepare Russia/CIS sales reports and track performance and campaigns.
