Qualifications

• Problem solving and detail-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Guest-focused with service excellence.
• Effective communication with cross-department collaboration.
• Knowledge of PMS, payroll and purchasing systems.
• Fluent in English; primary hotel language.
• Experience in luxury 5-star hotels; Middle East preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Uniform and Linen operations to ensure guest and colleague satisfaction.
• Oversee daily shift operations to cover all areas and ensure processes are followed.
• Coordinate with external laundry provider for timely pickup/delivery of laundry and linen.
• Inspect returned items for cleanliness, stains, and damages; enforce corrective actions.
• Coordinate guest laundry collection/delivery to Lana standards.
• Maintain par levels, discards and losses; conduct inventories.
• Prepare monthly laundry reports and compare costs to budget/forecast.
• Bring our values to life in daily valet duties.
