Job summary

Hyatt International is seeking a Chef de Partie - Western to support the effective running of the kitchen division in line with Hyatt International standards. You will monitor the assigned station in the kitchen to prepare premium quality items and deliver courteous, professional service that meets guest and brand expectations.

Minimum 2 years as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Cook de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant, ideally with luxury brand experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years function experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Cook de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with excellent standards, ideally with experience in luxury global brand names.
• Qualification in Cooking Area Manufacturing or Management will certainly be a benefit.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene methods as well as health and safety requirements are vital.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office and Dish Maintenance System usage is preferred.
