Job summary

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Partie to oversee a designated kitchen station, ensuring high-quality Arabic cuisine and top-tier service. The role supports Hyatt International standards and brand concepts in a luxury hotel environment.

The candidate should have prior Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie experience, preferably in luxury international brands, and be fluent in Arabic with hands-on Arabic cuisine expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and health & safety standards.
• Arabic speaker with hands-on Arabic cuisine is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Supervise the assigned station/section to ensure consistent, high-quality products and courteous, professional service.
