Job summary

Khansaheb Group's MISK Gold & Jewellery unit in Dubai seeks a seasoned sales professional to showcase jewelry, answer queries, process transactions, and maintain an inviting store appearance. You will stock shelves, arrange displays, and deliver outstanding service to drive sales.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in luxury retail or jewellery, a strong commercial mindset, and experience with customer-facing environments.

Job Description / Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for helping customers showcase the right jewelry, answering queries, processing transactions, and maintaining the store’s appearance by stocking shelves and arranging displays, aiming to provide excellent service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection, styling options, in general showing knowledge on the products & styles.
• Handle customer inquiries, offer any special requests for jewelry.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of fashion products, including product type, styles and trends to be able to recommend and assist clients warmly.
• Assist customers inquiry, based on occasions or what the customers are looking for specifically.
• Gather customer feedback and requests then refer insights to management.
• Assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting store environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and help manage stock levels of products.
• Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Report, Inventory Report, Customer Enquiry, Designer Enquiry, etc.
• Liaise with Designers for Sales, Delivery, Return, etc.
• If any business requirement to travel for exhibitions / home visits.
• Social Media posting if any with assistance of Line Manager.
• Task as assigned by the Management.

Experience Required:

• Min 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the jewellery, luxury, or fashion industry.
• Strong commercial mindset, and experience working in a customer-facing retail environment.
