Job summary

Caviar Careers is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a luxury resort in Sharjah. The role oversees daily housekeeping operations, maintains 5-star presentation standards, and supports the Housekeeping Manager in delivering discreet, high-level service to VIP guests.

Requirements include a hotel management qualification and 5–7 years in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a supervisory housekeeping role. EU/UK passport preferred; relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• EU and UK Passport preferred.
• 5–7 years in hospitality with at least 3 years in a supervisory housekeeping role.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement housekeeping standards and procedures for staff.
• Assign daily tasks and inspect work to ensure cleanliness across all areas.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing training for housekeeping staff on procedures and equipment use.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Schedule shifts and arrange replacements for staff absences.
• Recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
