Responsibilities

• Complete daily checklists and verify staff duties.
• Ensure rooms and guest areas are prepared to the required standard for priority arrivals.
• Lead shift briefings for Attendants and Team Leaders.
• Provide on-the-job training to improve housekeeping performance.
• Supervise Housekeeping Area Attendants and Team Leaders and monitor productivity.
