• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
• A sharp eye for detail and perfection in every task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure seamless department running.
• Maintain highest service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Create efficient departmental schedules balancing operations and wellbeing.
• Participate in daily briefings and record progress and development.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies; report maintenance needs.
• Inspect checkout and occupied rooms, supervising 4–5 Room Attendants.
• Conduct weekly deep-cleaning audits per IHG standards.
