Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a skilled Housekeeping Team Leader – Wynn Oasis to join our Staff Accommodation team. The role focuses on maintaining surgical-level cleanliness in guest rooms, staff housing, and public areas, while leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in housekeeping, familiarity with pre-opening operations, and strong scheduling/communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping or related field.
• At least one year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in pre-opening operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and housekeeping operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and deep-cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in hospitality environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to coordinate across departments.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Wynn standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, staff accommodations, back-of-house lockers, and public spaces.
• Implements deep-cleaning procedures regularly to ensure an impeccable environment.
• Opens/closes shift procedures and adjusts daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
• Plans daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Inspects guest rooms and related spaces to identify and rectify cleanliness issues.
• Leads housekeeping staff, provides coaching, and sets achievable goals.
• Coordinates with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Creates plans for seasonal cleaning requirements and ensures spaces remain pristine.
